That's right - I will come to you! I will come to your home, apartment gym, or a local park, wherever you would prefer. If you have your own equipment we can work with that or I can bring my own. We will discuss your goals and evaluate your current fitness level, then I will create a personalized workout program specially designed to improve your health and help you reach your fitness goals!
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
For those of you who have or can acquire your own equipment or know your way around the gym but don't know what exercises to do, I will create a custom workout plan designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals! I will create the program along with nutrition and supplement advice and send it to you through email, and you can take it with you to the gym or use at home. We will check in every week or as often as needed to review your progress, any concerns, and any changes or adjustments to your program.
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT ADVICE
I can guide you toward healthier eating habits that are sustainable long term! No need to "diet" or not enjoy the foods you love, the key is moderation and using healthier ingredients. We will find what works for you and your body to keep you healthy and energized, and I can recommend beneficial supplements as well. I will give you the tools you need to choose healthier foods for yourself.
